Collaborating with the photographer and design lead, we decided to create a magazine cover with interesting angles and emphasizing the photography within the design and composition of the design. The main purpose of this campaign was to emphasize our people while promoting the overall mission statement of the company, to humanize construction, by showcasing on print, social, and blog posts for recruiting efforts and showcasing the career growth of our people.
